Yesterday morning I returned to my Hong Kong after three weeks of vacation in my Italy.
I had a good trip, thanks to God is tired, but happy for the experience in Italy and my return to HK. The trip 'that went well into the route Amsterdam - Hong Kong was an empty seat next to mine. To which 'was also comfortable.
Last night I had to preside over the mass. I had to say, 'cause I was afraid for my Chinese. In fact, I had some problems. It was also natural after three weeks in which I had never spoken. I had hoped to celebrate together but no. The faithful, however, 'were really happy when I gave them the greetings of my family, my people and my Archbishop Cacucci. I told them that they pray for them.
E 'was also nice to see the priest and brothers. Among these I found a new one. From September 1 and 'curate with me. He 's American and 75 years. The other priests are now all residents: 2 retirees (both Chinese, 80 and 73 years) and a French 62. The Mexican priest, 60. I then made 36 not yet.
The only surprise I found about my car. Since I had to use it tomorrow, I went in the afternoon to put in moto.
But now, I want to write something about Paul Misciagna. It 'a relative of mine, the son of a cousin of my mother. At this time, in Andria, in the church of the Salesians, is about to deliver his final vows in the Congregation of the Salesians. Sara 'son of Don Bosco, forever. I thank the Lord for this gift that makes my family, our community 'parish church of Santa Maria Assunta, in our country, the Salesians and the whole church. I dare say, to the world. Thanks Paul for your generosity 'and your love for the Lord and for youth. Always keep a young heart. While waiting for your ordination to the diaconate who will 'celebrated in June 2008, continues to accompany my prayer. Best wishes and congratulations. The Lord is near.
